You have reached our terms and service and return info page. 

-We do not accept any returns if the product has been installed

-No returns after 14 days from the date you ordered

-No returns on any wired to wireless adapters by purchasing you agree to this

-If you are returning a product that doesn't fall into the above please send us an email and we will reply back with a return label. Please include your order # in your email. You can email us at sales@carplayretrofits.com.

**All returns are subject to up to a 40% restocking fee at our discretion**
